This chamber integrates curing and drying, with PLC and touch-screen control for 20 pre-stored process parameter sets (up to 10 segments each). It features dual humidification (atomized water/steam), 3D air distribution via frequency-modulated fans, and stainless-steel heating pipes. With precision control (temperature ±1℃, moisture ±2% RH), alarm functions, and durable stainless-steel inner walls, it ensures uniform curing/drying and consistent plate quality.

Composition
The equipment is composed of main cabinet, subsidiary chamber, lifting door device, host controller and system control cabinet, etc.
Among the subsidiary chamber, it is equipped with hot air circulating system, heating system, humidifying system, control system for temperature and moisture measurement, air intake and exhaust system.
Technical Performance
The process of both curing and drying can be completed together but also can be independently.

Can be pre-stored more than 10 sets of process parameters, each composed of up to 20 segments, maximum execution time 999 minutes. It has the function of power-off memory for the process parameters and operation procedures.
The humidification method adopts atomized water, and the auxiliary humidification of steam generator to achieve the curing requirement of high temperature and moisture.
Heating method is electric heating. It adopts stainless steel heating tubes. The temperature is controlled by regulating the working frequency, with the advantage of convenient control and high precision. The material is stainless steel, with long service life.
The circulating air system adopts the three-dimensional air distribution drum-method;
Select specialized low speed circulating frequency modulation fan and special moisture-reducing fan. The moisture and temperature will be in uniform throughout the curing room. After drying and curing, physical and chemical indicators of the plates is in good consistency.
Temperature deviation: ≤ 1.5 ℃, moisture deviation ≤ 3% RH.
With the intelligent control of circulating air volume, it effectively shortens the curing and drying time, improving the uniformity of the plates.
It adopts dry and wet bulb thermometer, multipoint humidity sensor and transmitter, high temperature resistant, without moisture condensation, with high precision.
The touch screen displays the temperature, moisture history data, which will not lose even power off. It also displays the running status of the blower, atomizing device and the ventilation door.
With the alarm function for blower malfunction, over temperature limit, pressure detection; With three alarm modes of sound, light and text notice, and reminding the operator how to deal with the malfunction.
With function of multi-level encryption, different operator has different operating authorization, in case of wrongful operation.
Curing chamber: inner wall is made of stainless steel, outside is color plate, sandwiching is polyurethane for heat preservation.
The curing chamber adopts automatic lifting door, with good effect of seal and thermal insulation.
