Suitable Scope
The paste mixer is used for the mixing procedure of lead-acid battery production. It can carry out automatically all the functions including the lead oxide feeding, lead oxide weighing, acid and water weighing, quick paste mixing and lead paste storage. The whole line has been controlled by PLC program, realizing line process and automatic production.

Features
The paste mixer has beautiful appearance, safe, stable, reliable performance and convenient maintenance. The equipment has reliable grounding, emergency brake switch; all kinds of lines and pipelines are installed and arranged neatly.
The drum wall and bottom of the paste mixer are provided with large-area cooling circulating water.
The inner wall and mixing wing of the drum are made of 316L stainless steel. Gear motor adopts the large torque integrated reducer, stable output power, durable.
The machine is fully automatic control, and the system adopts Mitsubishi human machine interface touch screen and PLC.
Air cooling: When cooling is needed during the paste mixing process, the negative pressure fan and damper are opened, and the damper is controlled by the cylinder.
Support Material: Q235 steel
There are totally 5pcs weighing sensors, 3pcs in the silo, 1pc in the water tank and 1pc in the acid tank.
