Battery charging water bath applies to charging battery in water bath
Battery charging water bath, available with automatic type and manual roller type.
This proposal is designed for the battery charging water bath, primarily used for lead-acid battery water cooling formation.
After filling acid, the automatic conveyor will transfer the batteries to the end of the battery charging water bath. The operator will manually move the batteries into the charging water bath, switch on the water inlet. When water reaches the preset water level, switch off the inlet. When the charging is completed, manually switch off the system, drain off the water in the tank, and move the batteries onto the conveyer. The conveyor will automatically move the batteries to the next process.

1. Battery charging water bath (single tank)
1.1. The tank is made of high quality PVC (black), thickness=14mm.
1.2. Frame is made of 304 stainless steel 40*40 square tubes. Adjustable leveling feet at the bottom of the frame is made of 316L stainless steel (±25mm).
1.3. Tank dimension: single tank width 1m, total length 11m, effective height is 0.24m.
1.4. Charging water bath cover material: High quality transparent PVC，thickness≥3mm;
1.5. Charging water bath suction hood: Stainless steel support, with high quality transparent PVC cover plate, thickness≥8mm;
1.6. Material for pipe fitting of inlet/outlet valve at the bottom of the tank: UPVC; diameter ≥40mm；
1.7. Water blocking plate on both sides of the tank: The two plates act like shutting doors. The instant stainless steel buckle is easy to use, and provides great sealing to ensure no water leakage. Each plate is equipped with four 304 stainless steel buckles.
1.8. The overflow position is determined on site according to the height of the battery, to ensure no leakage.
1.9. Each tank has 2 water inlet, 4 overflow and 2 water outlet. The inlet diameter is DN40, outlet diameter is DN65; all the pipes are made of PVC.
2. Roller conveyor in the tank
2.1. Every water bath is equipped with five rows of PVC roller;
2.2. Roller distance: 15 roller/m, roller spacing: 70mm, height from roller to the ground: 750±25mm.
2.3. Roller spec.: φ50mm, PVC roller;
2.4. Shaft diameter: φ8mm, 316L cold drawn rod;
2.5. Maximum load capacity for single roller is 30kg;
2.6. Roller support: thickness 20mm, PVC plate.

III. Special Characteristics Of The Design
1. Innovation of material: This product is made of highly corrosion-resistance PVC with stainless steel. The material is more reliable with long service life. The material achieves the national V2 fire-proof standard, actively reduce the fire hazard to the equipment due to open flame.
2. Roller diameter: 8mm, with slot installation for easy disassembly. Uses 316L stainless steel and each roller has maximum load capacity of no less than 35Kg.
3. Perfect crafts design：The tank uses 5mm thick transparent PVC on the top two sides. This creates better seeable working condition at night and on days with less ambient light. Suction pipe located right on the top side of the tank; reduce the size of the original suction hoods. This reduces and optimizes the crafts involved in making the body of the tank.
4. Innovative ways to press and fasten the end plates of the tank. The end plates used the quick release buckles to fasten. The buckles are made of 304 stainless steel, which can be locked and released easily. The bottom two sides of the end plate has rotatable pivot points, all it takes is a quick pull to release. The adjustable leveling feet has rubber stopper, to ensure the leveling feet will not be damage during open/close of the face plate.
5. The temperature inside the tank can be detected automatically, when the temperature reaches the setting temperature, it will discharge water automatically.
6. The water tank is equipped with overflow box, the water level can be adjusted.
7. On the top of the suction hood, there is suction opening for acid fume, equipped with adjustable air valve.
