On February 5th, to express gratitude for the hard work of all staff, enhance team cohesion, and thank employees' families for their ongoing support, the company organized a team-building event: a one-day trip to Fantawild Theme Park.

Annual Celebration Dinner Party

On February 5th, Better Tech Group's annual celebration dinner party concluded successfully, bringing together employees, families, and partners to reflect on the past three years' efforts and look ahead to a new chapter.

At the dinner party, Chairperson Wei Yanping (Polly) expressed gratitude to all employees, families, and partners for their commitment and support, which have driven Better Tech Group's steady growth. Amidst global industry shifts, she called for united efforts in 2026 to achieve breakthroughs and build a sustainable, win-win future.

In her address, Polly reviewed Better Tech Group's progress over the past three years. Rooted in manufacturing, the company has driven technological innovation and global expansion. Each step has aligned with its strategy, showcasing its commitment to the energy sector and technology-driven growth.

The gala connected via video with Airumi New Energy. Deputy General Manager Mr. Huang Chao (Alex) expressed gratitude for headquarters' support, reported phased successes, and pledged continued dedication in 2026 to deliver strong performance. He concluded with New Year wishes for prosperity and health on behalf of the entire team.

Next, a documentary featuring employee interviews was then shown, with personal stories highlighting their growth alongside the company's journey.

The gala then entered the awards and celebration segment. The inspiring Annual Star Employee awards ceremony was held, followed by exciting performances. The prize draw brought continuous excitement, filled with laughter and applause.

On February 6, Better Tech Group hosted its Q4 Points Redemption & Birthday Celebration. Birthday employees received cakes and gifts, while all staff redeemed practical rewards with their points. Each gift reflected the company's recognition, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere.
