Better Tech Group Holds 2025 Annual Summary and 2026 Strategic Planning Meeting

On February 5, 2026, Xiamen Better Technology Group Limited successfully held its 2025 Annual Summary and 2026 Strategic Planning Meeting. Centered on the theme "Forging Ahead with Unity", the conference was attended by Chairperson Ms. Wei Yanping (Polly) and management from domestic and international subsidiaries, with some joining online.

Annual Strategic Planning Meeting

At the beginning of the meeting, Group Chairperson Polly delivered an opening address. She systematically analyzed the Group's 2025 performance with reference to benchmark data from listed companies, emphasizing that the discussions should center on "comprehensive review and fact-based analysis." All departments were required to thoroughly summarize achievements and shortcomings, accurately identify key issues, and focus on actionable improvement measures to ensure enhanced operational efficiency and strategic alignment in 2026.

Subsequently, all group departments and subsidiaries—including Xiamen Hongdali Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Xiamen Wellpack Amperex Technology Co.,Ltd., and the overseas subsidiary Airumi New Energy Zambia Limited---sequentially presented their 2025 work summaries and key plans for 2026.

Mr. Li Rencai (Roy), the Head of Xiamen Hongdali Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.

He stated that as an emerging industry player, Hongdali has steadily built competitiveness through supply chain optimization and R&D innovation in recent years, consistently earning client recognition. He emphasized that in 2026, Hongdali will remain customer-centric, driven by innovation and quality, to deliver highly cost-effective turnkey solutions for battery intelligent equipment.

Mr. Zhu Rongchu (Steven), the Head of Xiamen Wellpack Amperex Technology Co.,Ltd.

Steven presented a comprehensive review of WELLPACK's 2025 performance. He noted that the company achieved its sales targets, launched the MES system to advance intelligent manufacturing through digitalization, and obtained the National High-Tech Enterprise certification. Looking ahead to 2026, WELLPACK will leverage its synergistic domestic and international operations to drive breakthrough progress for the group's lithium battery business.

Mr. Lu Jianqiang (Luke), the Production Head and Chief Technology Engineer of the Airumi New Energy Zambia Limited

Luke noted that as Zambia's first dedicated battery manufacturing facility, Airumi New Energy has gained strong local market recognition for its high-performance, reliable products, significantly contributing to international operations. The second-phase capacity expansion is progressing steadily to ensure on-schedule completion, which will bolster Airumi New Energy's goal of becoming Southeastern Africa's largest battery factory and further drive the Group's new energy initiatives.

Chairperson Polly delivered the concluding address

Chairperson Polly emphasized that this meeting is crucial for guiding 2026's core work and achieving strategic goals. She outlined the following requirements for all units:
