This chamber integrates curing and drying, with PLC and touch-screen control for 20 pre-stored process parameter sets (up to 10 segments each). With precision control (temperature ±1℃, moisture ±2% RH), alarm functions, and durable stainless-steel inner walls, it ensures uniform curing/drying and consistent plate quality.

Fully automatic NC through-wall welding inspection all-in-one machine is used for poor insulation or short circuit detection and reverse pole detection of motorcycle battery before through-wall welding (only suitable for cooked plate), through-wall welding of pole ear, welding quality inspection of solder joint after welding and secondary short-circuit detection.

The machine has a total of 3 stations (2 drilling stations and 1 cleaning station). The equipment is highly automatic, the servo control shift is accurate and fast, the photoelectric switch automatically senses and locates, and the equipment is equipped with waste dumping and recovery device.
