AGM Enveloping & Stacking Machine

Scope of application、production capacity and conditions on site

This system is used to envelop the plate and plate stacking for medium-size lead-acid battery, which working efficiency is less than 1.5s/piece;

1. Overall dimensions: 2200*1400*2000mm (length×width×height);

2. Power : 3 KW;

3. Air supply source: 0.4 ~ 0.6Mpa. Air consumption per unit time: ≥0.12m³/min;

4. Power requirement: AC220V/50Hz;

5. Weight: 750 KG;

6. Enveloping method: envelop positive plate or negative plate, single or double-layer separators

7. Efficiency: 6 positive and 7 negative as an example,production capacity is more than 450 batteries per shift for single separator (actual production capacity)

8. The scrap rate of the plate: less than 0.5% (requires that the length, width, and thickness tolerance of the plate dimension is less than 1mm, no cracks, no leaks), bad plates or lead paste falling off;

9. Adjust and replace the model: adjust the width of the corresponding plate and the width of separator through the screw, and quickly replace the model about 20 minutes;

10. The thickness of the single layer of the separator is less than 3.0mm;

    the range of the separator: width 95-180mm;

    the maximum outer diameter of the roll:800mm;

11. Plate range (including lugs): width 90-165mm, height 105-200mm, thickness 1-3mm;

12. Number of operators: 1 person (plate feeding and plate collection)
