Waste lead-acid batteries can be recycled. With the development of new energy vehicles, a large number of waste lead-acid batteries flow into the market, so how to recycle these waste lead-acid batteries? Let's have a look!

Recycling process of waste lead-acid battery:

1. The waste UPS lead-acid batteries are transported to the smelter warehouse by special environmental protection vehicles;

2. The electrolyte of waste lead-acid battery is poured into the sedimentation tank for treatment;

3. Dismantle the waste lead-acid battery and send the battery casing to the plastic recycling plant for regular treatment;

4. Sort waste UPS lead-acid battery separators and send them to regular factory for recycling;

5. After sorting, the waste plates are sent to the large reverberatory furnace for smelting to make lead ingots for recycling;

6. The waste water from smelting process flows into sedimentation tank and is treated with electrolyte together;

7. Waste slag in smelting process shall be sent to regular ironmaking plant for treatment;

8. The waste smoke in the smelting process is safely discharged after being treated by the bag type dust removal device. So far, the environmental protection recycling process of waste lead-acid batteries is finished.
