The Administrators of College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation at Huaqiao University Visited Better Tech Group

Recently, Li Yuan, Vice Dean of College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation at Huaqiao University (abbrev. HQU), and his fellow colleagues visited Better Technology Group Limited (Better Tech Group for short). HQU administrators were warmly welcomed by Better Tech management and related personnel. The two sides discussed the demand for talents training and the improvement of professional skills of recent graduates, and hoped to further the exchanges and cooperation in the future, and jointly contributed to the high-quality development of graduates.

The leadership of College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation visited Better Tech Group’s new energy lithium battery manufacturing plant, intelligent equipment manufacturing factory and Better Tech Group’s headquarter in Xiamen City. Informed by the intriguing introduction of sales team, HQU administrators were impressed by Better Tech Group’s strength in terms of research and development, production, technical advantages and working environment.

At the meeting, the representative of Better Tech Group introduced the company background, corporate culture, core business, etc. Then, the head of human resources and administration department made a detailed introduction on company's talent recruitment policy, talent selection regulation, talent cultivation scheme, graduate training programs which displayed Better Tech Group’s great attention to the talents.

Afterwards, Mr. Li Yuan, Vice Dean of College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation of Huaqiao University (HQU), gave a detailed introduction of the college's schooling and discipline characteristics, talent training programs and university-enterprise cooperation programs. “Better Tech Group, as an “all-star” battery manufacturer in Xiamen Jimei, has a high-quality talent training and internship platform. We expect that from this meeting HQU can further understand the employment needs of Better Tech Group, enhance the understanding and trust between HQU and Better Tech Group, and lay a solid foundation for the future cooperation between HQU and Better Tech Group,” Mr. Li noted.
