The desulphurization charging operation process is as below:

1. Pour out the original electrolyte and rinse twice with distilled water, then add enough distilled water.

2. Connect the charging circuit to charge, when the electrolyte density rises to 1.15, pour out the electrolyte, replace with distilled water, and continue charging until the relative density does not increase.

3. At last，discharge at 10h discharge rate, then fully charge the battery, and adjust the electrolyte density to the standard value. Desulfurized rechargeable battery could restore its capacity to more than 80% of its rated capacity.
