Better Tech Group’s Overseas Subsidiary Airumi New Energy Conducts Charity Donation Event in Zambia

Zambia, July 24, Airumi New Energy, an overseas subsidiary of Better Technology Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as Better Tech Group), held a charity donation event in Zambia, providing footballs to the country’s Ministry of Youth Sport and Arts. This initiative aims to support sports programs in under-resourced schools and communities, offering tangible assistance to local youth development and also adding a heartwarming chapter to the China-Zambia friendship.

The donation ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including: Hon. Elvis C Nkandu, Minister of Youth Sport and Arts of Zambia, Hon. Kangwa Chileshe and Hon. Fumba Chama, Permanent Secretaries of the Ministry, Hon. Arnold Milner Simwaba, Permanent Secretary (Electricity Affairs) of the Ministry of Energy, Hon. Gibson Muyaule, Acting Director of the Department of Sports, Hon. Sombwa Munsusa, Chief Executive Officer of the National Sports Council of Zambia. Representing Better Tech Group, Terry WANG, International Marketing Director, and Alex HUANG, Deputy General Manager of Airumi New Energy, were present at the event, jointly witnessing this public welfare initiative.

At the ceremony, Alex HUANG delivered a speech emphasizing the company's commitment to local community development. "As a Chinese enterprise deeply rooted in Zambia, supporting local communities is our duty," he stated. Recognizing youth as the future of national development, Alex HUANG noted that this donation not only demonstrates support for Zambia's sports initiatives but also reflects the company's determination to grow alongside the Zambian government. "We want to ensure equal access to sports opportunities for youth in remote areas, helping every athletic dream flourish," he emphasized. Alex HUANG further affirmed that Airumi New Energy would explore more cooperation models to boost local development.

The 500 donated footballs will be distributed by Zambia's Ministry of Youth Sport and Arts, with priority given to under-resourced schools and community in remote areas. This initiative will help relieving equipment shortages at the grassroots level.
