BETTER successfully hold 2021~2022 year-end summary and welcome party

On January 22, 2022, in response to the national call and paying attention to epidemic prevention and control. Better Technology Group Limitedheld a simple and ceremonial 2021~2022 year-end summary and welcome part.

At the beginning of the activity, Ms. Wei, chairman of the company, made a concluding speech on 2021 and her outlook for 2022 from three words: "courage", "dedication" and "target management".

She said that in the past ten years since its establishment, even if the company has encountered many difficulties and challenges, while the company team has never flinched back.  We break through the challenges again and again. In 2021, under the common situation of global epidemic prevention and control, we still sent 18 colleagues in seven batches to all over the world. They fulfill their service commitments on customer equipment installation and commissioning and technology output. Among them, the deeds of Afghanistan were publicized and reported by more than 40 Medias such as People's Daily, Global Times and Beijing Daily. The improvement of brand influence and performance growth are also inseparable from each department and colleague. "Altruism" makes us become a super cohesive team, which also enables us to continuously create corresponding value for customers, the industry and the society. "Cohesion, breakthrough and courage to climb" has achieved today's BETTER. At the same time, for the better development of the company, we have newly introduced the excellent performance management system. "Target management" and "faith + persistence" let us grow again. Looking forward to 2022, we are still a highly motivated team, firmly practicing the values of "Service, Innovation, Endeavour, Reciprocity". Let us work together to strive forward and meet a wonderful era of BETTER.

Subsequently, the heads of all departments of the company also reported on their work contents, work achievements, work experience and existing deficiencies in 2021. Then they put forward objectives and plans for doing a good job in 2022.

After carefully listening to the work report of the heads of all departments, general manager Mr. Liu made a summary and comment. He approved the work achievements of all departments in the past year and expressed his gratitude to all members for their silent contribution to the company in the past year. He wished everyone to continue to follow the company's strategic deployment and maintain a working atmosphere full of positive energy, and fighting spirit in work in 2022.
