In recent days, all the staff of Better Technology Group Limited gathered in Yuelai Farm to participate in the 100-day pledge launch meeting and staff team-building and mooncake gambling activities with the theme of "Build consensus to win competition, Build organizing ability to promote win-win".

On the same day, all the staff of BETTER Group arrived at Yuelai Farm on time. As the whistle sounded, the staff team-building activity officially began. Under the guidance of the outdoor training instructor, the whole staff was divided into four teams, put on their own uniforms, and then quickly began with the intense cooperation and communication, team display and other team-building activities. Cool and eye-catching team name contains the deep meaning of the team emblem, with loud and domineering team call and unique creative formation, each team tried their best to fight for the first place.

"Nothing is difficult to unite together, and support each other to overcome all difficulties."Outdoor team-building activities are designed to make every employee experience team spirit, enhance team awareness and team cohesion. In the "getting water in the minefield" activity, it fully shows the tacit cooperation between the team members, "believe in our team, rest assured to give myself to the team, and go all out for the team unity". After the training instructor announced the rules, each team tried every means and practice in order to get better results for the team.

At the same time, through outdoor team-building activity, I also hope that every employee can deeply realize the importance of "analysis, practice and summary" in leisure and entertainment.

After receiving each project, I can quickly gather my strength, pool my wisdom, formulate strategies and methods, and constantly check during the period, summarize the experience, and make breakthroughs step by step. Every team-building activity is a sport that attaches great importance to teamwork and cooperation. During the "power ring" challenge, all the staff formed a circle to hold the rope ring tightly, and then wave their arms according to the rules, to achieve the seemingly impossible target laps in a limited time, and to support the team members to work together. Truly deduce the "twist into a rope" force, let the whole team work towards the same goal. Only by working together can you have the opportunity to achieve the seemingly impossible goals.

In the summary of the speech, Mrs. Wei, president of Better Group, said that in each project, excellent results cannot be achieved without the team's goals, strategies, plans, implementation, process control, etc. Even if the strategy direction is right, in case that the implementation is not enough, the final result may be unsatisfactory. After a wonderful afternoon of outdoor team-building activities, we joined the mooncake gambling, which is traditional Mid-Autumn festival in Southern Fujian. Each table is filled with a wide range of items, cash red envelopes, clothes dryer, water stew, hair dryer, razor, peanut oil, laundry detergent, milk, thermos cup, bath shampoo, drawing paper, toothpaste, etc. After the mooncake gambling began, the big red porcelain bowl and dice hit the crisp sound. The scene cheers one after another, fuller with laughter, the whole scene is filled with a happy and warm atmosphere. After the tense and intense competition, the Champion of each table and the final Champion of the whole team was born! Everyone has gained a lot of award, and is full of happiness. 

With the fall of the night, after the buffet barbecue and tasteing the delicious food, it is time for the most anticipated bonfire party. Everyone sang and danced, having fun in fun games, reducing the pressure, promoting the understading between each other, shortening the distance between colleagues, which drew a successful end for this team-building activity. I believe that everyone can truly understand the significance of outdoor team-building activity, and can reflect on the actual work, cooperate with each other better in the future work to carry out the work more smoothly.
