The inauguration ceremony of Peony Pavilion was held at Levy Mwanawasa University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka. Hon. Mubotu Madyenkuku, Member of Parliament for Lusaka Independent District, attended on behalf of Lusaka Province Governor Mrs. Chilando Chitangala. Distinguished guests from both China and Zambia were present, including Hon. Gift Sialubalo, Minister of Local Government and Rural Development; Hon. Rodney Sikumba, Minister of Tourism; H.E. Han Jing, Chinese Ambassador to Zambia; and Mr. Xia Wenyong, Vice Governor of Jiangxi Province, witnessing this significant moment in China-Zambia friendship.
