Equipment Feature
Both the main machine transmission and hopper speed change adopt frequency control, realizing stepless speed regulation; multiple frequency of the grid can be pasted, to meet the pasting requirement of different speed and grid. The grid feeding mechanism is prolonged, ensuring the feeding stability. The whole machine body is with spray treatment, with better acid-proof and rust-proof performance.
The paste hopper adopts reasonable double-layer wallboard separation device, the lead paste is difficult to enter into the bearing, which increases the bearing’s service life and reduces the maintenance cost.
Lubrication of the hopper adopts centralized lubrication, convenient for the equipment maintenance.
Design of the paste feeding roller is reasonable with good strength, which will not break.
