Principle

The machine is controlled by the PLC, the human-machine interaction and parameters setting and recall is through the touch screen. The glue is output quantitatively with the force of the servo motor by driving the precision metering gear pump, and the AB epoxy is mixed by the static mixing module, achieving terminal dispensing by dispensing guns module.  

Features

1. It adopts dispensing guns module to dispense black epoxy and red epoxy for the terminal, there are two ways of dispensing, i.e. ration output & manual control output.

2. Equipped with precise glue output control system, the glue volume control is accurate and adjustable, the proportion accuracy is ±3%, the ration deviation is ＜0.1g;

3. With the function of vacuum bubble removal;

4. Most of the material is made of SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum profile, easy for keeping clean and maintenance.

5. With anti-curing function. When the machine is stopped, it will dispense the glue auto-timing quantitatively, preventing the dispensing tube from being solidified and blocked.

6. With automatic cleaning system, the user just needs to clean the mixing tube daily.   

7. Equipped with vacuum mixing glue barrel, to provide vacuum suction, and supply the glue continuously.
