Better tech group successfully held the team-building, points gathering and birthday party for the first quarter of 2025!

Recently, Better Technology Group successfully held the first quarter of 2025 employee team-building, points gathering and birthday party at the group factory. This event was led and planned by Li Jinchao, the first-quarter rotating chairperson of the group, Nick. Centered on the "Points Battle", it integrated fun games, points redemption and birthday celebration in multiple dimensions. It not only strengthened the organizational cohesion but also achieved a deep combination with humanistic care through a gamified incentive mechanism.

The points management system is an innovative practice of BETTER's corporate culture. Since its implementation in 2021, it has become a benchmark activity for stimulating organizational vitality. As of the first quarter of 2025, thousands of prizes have been redeemed in total. At the beginning of the event, all the employees were randomly numbered and grouped, immediately throwing themselves into the first wave of challenges in the "Points Battle", engaging in a game between "personal interests" and "collective interests". Each member was faced with a difficult mental choice - some voluntarily chose to eliminate themselves to help the team break through. Some people gain the upper hand for themselves based on their goals. Then, based on their own strengths, the employees voluntarily chose the three major tracks of physical strength, intelligence and luck to reform teams and start various game levels such as "Push-up Challenge", "Common Sense Quiz" and "Fate Wheel". Only the employees who passed all the levels on the tracks could earn rich points. This process not only breaks down the barriers between departments, but also greatly stimulates the innovative thinking of employees and team cohesion.
