This machine adopts PLC control. The operation is simple and convenient. One operator can operate 3~6pcs machine at the same time. In case that there is mold clamping or other fault in the production of the machine, the machine will automatically stop, and the scrap will automatically lift and return to the furnace for melting. By adopting microcomputer control, the working time of each mold is fixed and the rate of mold opening is guaranteed, thus the product quality is more stable.

Cast on Strap Machine /Cos Machine for small battery adopts temperature control mode for cast welding. When the demoulding temperature reaches the setting temperature, the battery can be released from the COS mould, to ensure battery cast-welding quality.

Fully automatic battery heat sealing machine has a total of 2 heat sealing stations. Equipment with lower die lifting (upper and lower die lifting / heating plate advance and retreat are all controlled by servo), special aluminum alloy material to make heating plate and heat seal die, using unique mold design, fast heat transfer speed, uniform temperature, convenient replacement, safe and fast, welding quality is more reliable.
