Automatic Bushing/Lead Parts Casting Machine is designed for fully automatic production of lead parts in battery industry, thus avoiding direct contact between operators and lead. This machine adopts PLC control. The operation is simple and convenient. One operator can operate 3~6pcs machine at the same time. In case that there is mold clamping or other fault in the production of the machine, the machine will automatically stop, and the scrap will automatically lift and return to the furnace for melting. By adopting microcomputer control, the working time of each mold is fixed and the rate of mold opening is guaranteed, thus the product quality is more stable.
